Dr. Amanda Jagdis,

MD, FRCPC Clinical Immunology & Allergy, Internal Medicine

Dr. Jagdis was born and raised in Victoria, BC. She completed her BSc. at the University of Victoria, followed by medical school and Internal Medicine residency at the University of British Columbia. She then did her subspecialty residency in Clinical Immunology & Allergy at the University of Toronto. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada in Internal Medicine and Clinical Immunology and Allergy. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and a member of the Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Dr. Jagdis is passionate about serving her community and moved home to Victoria to open her practice as an Allergist & Clinical Immunologist in 2014. She is the medical lead for the Subcutaneous Immune Globulin and C1 esterase Inhibitor Home Infusion Program at Royal Jubilee Hospital. As a clinical instructor for UBC she regularly teaches medical students, and in her spare time enjoys reviewing the latest research in the field.
