Booking your Appointment
As Dr. Jagdis is a specialist, patients require a referral from their primary care provider (eg. family physician or referring specialist). When the referral has been received and triaged, you will be given an appointment booking. We will contact you and your primary care provider with the appointment time and details.
We are unable to see walk-in patients.

Current Wait List
Our current wait time for new patients is 12-15 months. Certain clinical issues will be seen on an accelerated basis. If you are a new patient and feel that your symptoms are worsening while you are waiting for your appointment please see your primary care provider or referring provider for reassessment.
Confirming your Appointment
You will receive an automated reminder by text message, email or telephone call to confirm your appointment ten business days prior to your appointment. Please confirm your appointment as soon as possible! If we have not heard back from you by 1 week prior to your appointment, your appointment time will be released to another patient. Confirming your appointment helps us to see everyone on the waitlist in a timely manner and we appreciate your patience and assistance with this.
Cancelling your Appointment
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A minimum of 2 business days notification is requested for cancelling and rescheduling appointments. There is no charge if this is done at least 2 business days prior to your appointment. This allows us to time to book another patient from the wait list into your spot.
Missed Appointments
If the initial appointment (first consult) is missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 business days until the appointment, there is an $80 fee. If a follow-up appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 business days until the appointment, there is a $50 fee.
